In the pursuit of refining my AI conceptual skills, I developed the branding and designed spaces for an Open AI prototype event in San Francisco showcasing DALL-E, their text to image tool. The showcase featured diverse art created using DALL-E, displayed in a sophisticated gallery setting. Each piece highlighted the innovative potential of AI in the art world, engaging attendees with both the technology and its creative applications.
Referencing Open AI's existing visuals, the event's aesthetic embraced mid-century decor seamlessly blending with grotesque typography to create an inviting and intellectually stimulating atmosphere. Clear and frosted acrylics paired with travertine and white oak lended to the blend of classic but modern. The color motif was pulled from the signature blocks stamped on every generated DALL-E image and was used to distinguish certain areas of the event, enhancing navigation and thematics.
